Location is good, but the property and rooms are in really bad shape. They don’t reinvest in upgrades nor maintain and it shows.

Loved our stay here. All the wait staff were amazing. David on the beach, David on the rooftop patio. Breakfast was amazing and reasonable. We will definitely be back to this location.

All staff were polite and very helpful. The hotel general manager, Arturo, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The location is great for walking Zona Romantica. We would stay there again if we return to PV.

Room are old, dirty, no safe in the rooms, batroom poor water to take shower, they strict but no control of anything, you should remove from the app

I highly recommend getting an ocean view room. The view is unbelievable. The hotel is also super close to the Malecon and entertainment district.

Friendly and helpful staff. Everything is within walking distance. The Hotel Housekeeping Staff is excellent. Taxi are plentiful and easy to hale.

Location was great! We had a penthouse and it was very run down. Hot water was an issue for first few days of our trip. They moved our room and the second room had the same issues. Staff was very friendly but won’t be back just because the facility sub par.
