"We were treated like a VIP, staff were courteous, smiling and very professional particularly Front Desk person named Arlene or Erlene?. Very friendly staff Since this property is away from the rest of the hotels, Or restaurants there’s only one choice of restaurant- food was great but if you eat late most ingredients are gone. I’ll still recommend the property "

"It's off the main roads but minutes away from them. It has a view to die for. The staff as most of the Filipino people are, well just super polite and gracious. If I go back to Palawan I know where I will stay. Worth a visit and you'll see why, plus the food and breakfast is incredible not to mention the rooftop bar and beautiful swimming pool. "

"You can’t beat this amazing hotel. Friendly and attentive staff, great food and really family feel. Our Room was spacious and clean and the gardens and grounds ( including nice clean pool with sun loungers) were great. Great food I’m the restaurant. You really don’t need to go outside. Outstanding value and highly recommended for anyone wanting a chilled and relaxing vibe. "

"Astoria Palawan has been my best experience in a resort so far. The service from any staff member ensuees that you are well looked after. The rooms are spacious enough, and very clean. The shower and baththrom is great witg the use of a bathtub for soaking. Breakfast buffet had a wide range of choices and came free with the room. And a rotating schedule for dinner buffet each day is slightly expensive cokpared to the local options just outside, but there is an excellent range of foods and...
