Friendly staff. Only complaint is that the pillows are so big/thick. Not good with neck problem.

I will return but I will request a room in front. I like the Fersal and the staff and breakfast are great but barking and whining dogs in back made this a bad stay. One about 1am carried on for quite awhile and I didn’t get any sleep the rest of the night

We booked the Fersal Hotel for my sister in law. She stated the hotel staff was polite and professional. The room was large and very clean. The free breakfast was convenient and delicious. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

The Airconditioning is very noisy and the staff are not friendly.
