the place was nice. check in was fast. the pool is convenient. some of the staff were a bit snobbish but i don't know what's going on with their lives.

I liked the property, very clean and spacious. Food pricing was a bit high but being a resort type it is to be expected. Otherwise worth every penny minus the bad road going to it.

Booked two nights here but had to move to another hotel cos the bed was too small… am not going to detail what happened with the hotel management trying to charge us more for an almost similar room with a bigger bed …I

They charged for everything , 20 Pesos for a water, service charge on all meals, internet was terrible. Would NOT go back their again.

First of all, we would like to thank you for your review, for every review is an opportunity for us to improve our services and to correct misconceptions/misunderstandings. Water by the glass is free of charge, we only charge for distilled water refill of big bottles/water jugs since we also purchase the distilled water that we serve our guests at the restaurant for free; May we clarify that we do not make extra charges for anything else except for the Service Charge in the restaurant which is standard in most restaurants. As for the internet connection, during your stay, it was not just our hotel that was affected by the outage of PLDT, but the entire Puerto Princesa; still we did apologize and do apologize again for the inconvenience brought about by the PLDT outages during the first week of September.We would like to thank you sir for your stay with us and we wish you well.
