The owners made you feel like family. The food at every meal at different times if the day is the best we have ever had at a B&B. The property and cittages are adorable and very updated with amenities. A one night stay (or longer) is an absolute MUST for any traveler passing this way.

Our stay at the resort

Posted 3 Feb 2015
Pros: Their buildings are authentic and near the sea
Cons: Food prices should be better , tours prices should be more competitive , the shuttle to the airport should be free or much less
We we picked up from the airport for a price of 3500 pesos for the return journey . Public transport price 300 pesos ( we thought this was extortionate. Breakfast was pathetic if you asked for fruit you had 1 slice of mango 4 cubes of water melon and half a small banana.for 2 persons.coffee was ok. We ordered fish from the menu which was priced at 350 pesos . The bill was 500 which we questioned and was told it was a large fish , It was large and I left half and said I didn't order a large fish and should have been charged the menu price. we went on a trip and was charged 1500 pesos to find that the guide only got 500 and the owner took 1000 . we went on no more trips . Our hut was infested with ants even on the bed . When we left we decide not to pay so much for the shuttle and decided to go by bus . the lady owner tried to charge us 2500 instead of the one way price of 1750 which we refused to pay . in the end she insisted that we pay 2000 and also the 500 for the fish. All her prices were dearer than the resort next door called Puerta resort which we would recommend where you get a welcome , good service and good prices. My wife had a massage when the masseur was slagging the owner Lydia off because she said she was only paid 250 out of 500 and that the owner and her husband asked free massages for the family and she was never paid for them. Her tour are more expensive than her competitors and she has 9 dogs that sometimes go in her kitchen WORRYING

Super hyggeligt sted
