Horrible hotel i've ever been
Posted 2 Jul 2024 on Hotelsnot happy for it dirty bedroom ,tv doesn't work aircon is very noisy,outside is luck of maintenance ,pool is very dirty that's why we didn't use the pool the only thing i like is the front desk staff ,some of the kitchen staff & the worst thing is one of the maintainance crew is rude i hate it the most , i never recommend this hotel it is old & dirty,they are only good on pictures but it is very far from the reality

Average hotel. I booked it because of the hottub but of course it did not work. They charge 35 pesos for a very small bucket of ice. There food is very pricey. Staff is hit and misd, sometimes nice and sometimes not. Once its your day to checkout the staff true colors come out. Very rude people. No thank you for you stay, safe travels or even a goodbye. I would not wasted your money and stay here. It is not close to anything and over priced for what you get

We had a lovely stay. The rooms face the inner garden with pool. It's beautiful and peaceful. Good service.

The pool was not maintained. The property was undergoing construction and I was not notified. The staff at the restaurant was unattentive.

Our booking included continental breakfast for 4 but was denied by staff. We’re given a menu to order for a fee.

Good day!Upon checking with our front desk, when the guest check in our FO duty informed them that continental breakfast is included on their room and offer upgrade breakfast if they want with additional cost. But guest said that they can't take their breakfast because they will leave very early in the morning.

Pool and lobby were nice outdoor spaces to hang out and relax after a long tour day to the river.
We ordered food to be delivered and bought drinks at the liquor store

The property has potential, giving it an island vibe setting however the room where we stayed smells musty and the bathroom sink faucet was loose leaving water coming from underneath the lavatory cabinet.
