The rooms leave a lot to be desired. They need to clean the pools much more often. It’s not that you are swinging in the trash, but cups, leaves, and other debris are visible. The staff was hit or miss! Some were very courteous and helpful, and others hated to be there.

Concierge was great through out the stay. We attended the membership meeting and everyone was very kind. However, the mgr of Quality & Control I found to be quite rude as I did not want to purchase anything in that moment. The "timeshare" type membership makes sense however I am not one to jump into anything. I take time to think and make a decision and he simply was rude about it. Also would have more than 1 garbage bin in the room.

Soap dispensers in the shower that where empty,poor internet signal in the room, had to wait a few days to get into one of there restaurants and when I finally got to the restaurant which was a steak house I ask for a medium, not well done and it came within a minute but warm, as if it was cooked and hour a go and laid. And last they want you to be come a member to have certain drinks

We had some good encounters with specific people but overall the staff was average as well as the food and resort overall.

Gorgeous resort, beautiful beach and great hospitality. Room was clean and the mattress was very comfortable along with the pillows. Pool area was very fun with plenty of activities to do. Unfortunately the power would cut off in the room when I would hit 1 of 2 switches and room service is another 20 bucks per order. Also they kind of try to sell you a timeshare without actually calling it a timeshare until you sit in for a presentation.
