I strongly advise against spending your time and money at this resort. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the alarming level of dirtiness and evident mismanagement. It's clear that the hotel desperately needs to take serious steps to improve cleanliness. I experienced one of the most disappointing vacations of my life.
The quality of the rooms was poor, and the state of the bathroom was simply unacceptable—it was a true nightmare. Dining at the resort was equally uninspiring. Each morning and afternoon, you are limited to the main buffet for meals. By the time dinner rolled around, we were met with the same limited selection. After five long days, the monotony of eating the same dishes for both lunch and dinner turned my appetite into a distant memory.
To add to the frustration, there were supposed to be three specialty restaurants available for dinner, but one was closed for construction. So, you to alternate between the remaining options, which unfortunately resulted in a lack of variety. We found ourselves stuck with the same repetitive food choices day in and day out.
During the day, there wasn't much to do. There were no water sports available, either free or for rental. The resort had a pool, but the quality of the shows offered was poor. At night, while resorts typically host a main show, I would recommend staying in your room instead. Overall, this experience left much to be desired, and I wouldn’t recommend this resort to anyone. Save your money

Third time stay last time in 2019, staff still excellent, food is still good lots of variety, nightly entertainment is great, disco and casino right next door but honestly as last time never went enough to do already

I would go back to this Iberostar anytime, service was amazing and the staff very friendly. Although it was raining most of my stay the hotel still had different activities every day and night so we didn’t get bored. Despite the weather staffs kept the hotel clean.

The reservation for the Japanese restaurant. Is was too late at night…especially for senior parents..beside that., everything was great
