Very small a/c doesn’t cool properly, apt very hot, Wi-Fi works intermittently very slow, outdated kitchen, appliances rotting

Thank you for your feedback and for choosing our hotel. We are really sorry that your stay did not meet all your expectations. The room description clearly states that the air conditioner is installed in the bedroom, not in the living room, kitchen or bathroom. We try to maintain a balance between comfort and price for our guests, and installing additional air conditioners would inevitably lead to an increase in cost. Apartments with two air conditioners and bedrooms, by the way, are only a little more expensive, but apparently this option did not suit you.It is a pity that your budget did not allow you to choose more comfortable conditions, but we are sure that even within the cost available to you, comfort could be increased by closing the doors to the balcony and between the rooms. Moreover, when the balcony doors are open, ceiling fans, on the contrary, drive the heated external air from the street, raising the temperature in the room (considering that at that time the external temperature was 35C).We were also somewhat surprised by your feedback, as, despite the discomfort, you extended your stay without contacting the administration about the room temperature. We are always ready to help resolve such issues on the spot.We hope that in the future you will find an option that will better meet your expectations.With respect,Administration

Very old outdated kitchen , stove rotted, a/c not cooling properly

It was a cheap price and right near the beach which was perfect for what I was looking for. The manager was nice and gave us extra toiletries and fixed our ac at request. Would recommend if just looking for a place that’s close to the beach

Love this place

Always enjoy staying here my wife and have been coming here since we meet 2 years ago the only thing i would change would be the beds other than that its the place to visit when staying in puerto plata Dominican 🇩🇴
