We really value all of our guests and their happiness quotient; wether as new or return guests. We are not accustomed to navigating aggressive, vulgar, belligerent and disrespectful behavior ever. The highly intoxicated state of you and your female companion using loud, foul language, throwing a can of beer at us (barely missing), and calling us thieves, was not conductive to having you on our premises for the safety and comfort of our other guests. this is why we cancelled your reservation without hesitation.

The property was very nice! Serves free breakfast from 7am-9:45am. Staff are very friendly and easy going and great customer service! The hotel was very clean and organized. The only downfall was there was a few bugs, but rather that a very great hotel. 9/10. 4.5/5

Love this quaint B&B, the host and staff are always welcoming and nice. They accommodated an early check-in without an extra charge and any issues were resolved immediately when they were advised. The morning homemade breakfast hits the spot. You are only a block's away walk from the Malecon and near most of main attractions and beach. Have stayed here several times and definitely will do so again when I visit Rocky Point.
