"For those like me who get scared by the bad reviews, don’t listen to them lol. This was an amazing vacation for our family- the resort is very family oriented and lots of kids activities. Our best tips: order lunch from the poolside grill right at 11:30 (otherwise the wait is about an hour. Not a complaint, just learned from hangry kids), get chairs closest to the beach side at the main pool as it sees sun all day, the tea house cafe opens at 6AM which was a god send for parents with very early risers. My only complaint was the depth of the kid pool/water park. It’s about 2.5 ft in the deepest part which was too deep for my 1 year old to just roam and splash around. But that’s about it!! Shout out to Migue for his zip lining expertise!"

Servicio en mesa buffet excelente , asi como la calidad en la elaboracion y variedad de alimentos. La habitacion superlimpia y con el servicio habitacion perfecto. Recomendaría que a amigos y familiares 10 veces."

"The experience was amazing, staff was so friendly and helpful everywhere you go. The beach was beautiful. I went with my best friends and we love taking picture so we were glad there was many “astheticly pleasing” places in the resort to take pictures. I wish we would’ve stayed longer, it was an amazing time. I would recommend having other activities booked outside of the resort so you can have more fun but other than that there is a lot of daily activities you can do in the resort. "
