Just back from vacation with 3 kids. Super relaxing place for parents, where you can put kids to be cared to enjoy your own time. Very happy with the various activities day and night time. Staffs are super nice. Every night we had different style of restaurants and the reserve only one is easy to book as well.

We absolutely loved our stay! Though this resort is a little off the beaten path, it was exactly what we needed and wanted. Facilities were good, staff was great, spa was amazing, and food was excellent!

Only 3 dinner restaurants and wait time can be over an hour. Places for kids shut down early, cleaning crew is loud when cleaning

What was great: friendly staff, buffet breakfast & lunch options, the French Restaurant, pool snack bar, the adult pool option, ample pool and beach chairs, the kids club(the kids loved the staff & program), overall amenities on resort. Needs work: Mexican/Italian restaurants were just okay, challenging daily beach clean up effort, inconsistent room maid services, game room equipment including foam pieces (tired, missing parts or broken)elevators needing service Overall, a relaxing & also fun resort and would still definitely for couples or families.

It is a great hotel, one of the newer ones, food was great, especially in restaurants, territory is well maintained, a lot of entertainment, the stuff is nice, friendly and really helpful Shows are great! Entertainment team did their best The only downside of this hotel is a beach/sea, there was a lot of seaweed and water was not clear at all, you couldn’t see anything, beach was not cleaned properly from seaweed ( we noticed it only 1 time during our 6 day stay) we were at other hotels at “seaweed” time period and it was much better, looking at pictures from other travellers at different times - this is not spot for “bounty” advertisement kind of a beach, not their fault but just wanted to warn in case it is important to you :)
