This resort was as close as you can get to heaven on earth the staff is phenomenal they have the largest collection of the most amazing people in Mexico. Ramirez & Samuel the sommeliers are amazing they not only both go above and beyond but make my experience amazing everytime (I used to hate drinking wine but Ramirez has definitely opened up my taste buds). They truly both care about the guests. If it wasnt for them coming here would not be the same! They both make me feel like family. Emiliano went above and beyond with planning my engagement and it was beautiful - he was not only easy and fast to respond but a genuine individual that made the process simple! I also have to say Emilio the butler was so easy to work with and helpful, he took care of everything I asked him and more. Its truly an honor to know all these individuals as they really do care about the guests and make you feel at home.
