Property was gorgeous, friendly staff, amazing pools, spa and gym. Food was hit or miss. Part of the road getting to the hotel was terrible and full of potholes.

I was initially hesitant about booking this resort since I wanted to be closer to the Hotel Zone and Cancun Beach, but let me tell you – I have *zero* regrets. This place deserves a solid 9.5 out of 10, and the only minor shortfall was the beach. But trust me, every other aspect of the resort more than made up for it.
The food? Incredible. Every single meal was a delight – so much so that the common myth about bland all-inclusive resort food in Mexico does not apply here in the slightest. Every restaurant, every bite was full of flavor and authenticity.
The staff? Absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was impeccable. The team went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt like a VIP. And the ambiance? Stunning. The resort’s design is breathtaking, with beautifully maintained pools that look straight out of a dream. The entire atmosphere is curated to perfection, balancing luxury and comfort.
There's also no shortage of entertainment. From fun activities to engaging live shows, there was always something exciting happening. Even though we visited during the rainy season, the resort managed to keep us entertained and happy every single day.
One of the standout highlights for me was the spa – easily one of the best experiences I've ever had. The pampering, the serene environment, and the attention to detail made it unforgettable.
If you're considering booking here, don't hesitate. The videos and photos online don’t do it justice

I like that the employees were friendly and the Master suite was great. There is no activity’s for older adults. Very laid back and quiet. You have to use their sister property next door which is breathless resort. Better options on good and entertainment. Not only should they entertain Mexicans but US citizens as well for as the music and shows.we don’t speak Spanish, so do not understand the activities.There workers should know how to speak English to accommodate their guest. All workers, not just a few
