The property was very good overall.
The sports activities were always late and the location sometimes wasn’t clear. The sports locations should be clearly labelled such as beach volleyball court 1 or court 2. Again, overall a very good experience.

This was our second trip in 2024 and it was an amazing experience once again. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us.
Facilities were clean, food was awesome and we had THE most romantic, once in a lifetime beachside dinner. 4.9 out of 5 stars. Every day has she potential to be a relaxing beachside getaway or an event filled adventure, it’s up to you. We wanted for nothing; except cigars, but I’m sure they would’ve made arrangements had we asked.
What we will miss most is going to the coffee shop each morning and watching the sunrise on the veranda overlooking the ocean…. and the spa… Planning another trip next year! Hope this helps.

Want to share emphasis that most of the staff
was amazing and attentive. The food was also great. The drinks were so-so & surely had better at other resorts.
Check in was not smooth for myself nor the entire group I was with. My room was old, falling apart and had previous guests hair on bed. Whereas, my groups rooms were cleaner, nicer and appeared newer. There was a random odd smell in certain areas, and there was also mold in some restrooms. The place does seem to be working on restorations - which is a plus for future guests.
Overall the staff made the stay pleasant however I don’t think I’ll return. Thank you to Royalton staff.
