"We had to change our flight and would arrive a day later than planned. We attempted to reach out the hotel to coordinate but got no answer. When we finally arrived, no one was there and we were informed through Expedia that the hotel considered us late and cancelled our reservation. So we were stuck out in the cold at night without a place to stay. The day we were leaving Puerto Madryn, the hotel finally messaged us the check in information. Never been so disrespected as a PAYING customer....

"Very helpful staff, cozy room, easy walk to beach and restaurants. Breakfast good but selection limited to beads,fruit, juice, kefir, and cereal."

"This is the 3rd time trying to write this review. On the way to the airport leaving the US, I messaged Complejo La Lucila to tell them that I would be checking in at around 8pm. They responded with one word, saying our reservation was cancelled. No explenation was given, other than they sold the room to someone else. We were on our way to a foreign country and remote area with no place to stay. No other rooms in the city were available."

"The location of this property is excellent for walking to nearby shops, restaurants and the pier. The staff was very professional and helpful. They went above and beyond to help us get oriented to the area and to coordinate transportation. The services offered by the spa were wonderful. The bed was very comfortable and the property is maintained very clean. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel."

"Breakfast was very nice - lots of tasty options, the beach was right out the front door and lots of restaurants to choose from. The ocean view from our large windows and walk out balcony was wonderful. The high winds on the first night made a constant whistling sound through the balcony door and the hotel employee offered to tape the door shut. Instead we chose to open the door because the temperature was lovely and that stopped the noise. He said all the rooms on ocean side had that same problem. Beds were very comfortable and the water pressure was great. Parking in the basement garage was very tight but safe. Since it was the off season there was plenty of street parking also but in high season those few garage spots would be coveted - we called in advance to ensure one was saved for us. I would stay here again."

So we were stuck out in the cold at night without a place to stay. The day we were leaving Puerto Madryn, the hotel finally messaged us the check in information. Never been so disrespected as a PAYING customer. Would NEVER recommend anyone book with this hotel. HORRIBLE experience. And they did NOTHING to help us, just took our money for three nights and kicked us to the cold street. "

"Hotel is nice from outside and at the lobby On a dusty road with sea view but far from city restaurant It has very limited food options inside that must be booked because they have not a real kitchen Rooms are old fashioned. Our room air conditioning did not work properly and they offered an extra fan, rather than proposing to change the room in an empty hotel. Forget SPA… Not worthy even far the price, ci suffering also prices in Puerto Madryn They forgot to charge two coffees at breakfast (where they recycle the fruits of the day before…) and sent me a mail asking for payment after check out… two coffees Look for another hotel "
