Staff were all fantastic and happy to help with anything from booking tours, hiring a car, planning walking/biking routes etc. Room was large with big bed and good storage, bathroom clean with powerful shower. Only complaints would be gas heater in our room kept breaking down and we found the bed a bit too hard.

Close to beaches in Puerto Madryn
Posted 22 Dec 2017Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is good as it is a few blocks away from main activities in Puerto Madryn. The only thing I didn’t like was a musty odor from the bathroom (we were on the first floor) and the bathroom overall needed better cleaning. We kept the bathroom door shut so managed ok. The price and nice people are pluses.

Posted 12 Jan 2017 on HotelsAwful. Noisy. Other guests had no respect for other people, talking loudly immediately outside our room in the tiny garden until late at night and early in the morning. Glad to leave. Think twice before staying here, and then think again. If basic hosteling I should your thing, then OK; otherwise avoid.
