Had an excellent time. Staff was friendly, buffet food was good, reservation dinners were nothing to brag about. For an affordable stay at a smaller, decently quieter resort, I would recommend this place for future stays.

The property was ok, I felt it could have been a little bit more updated. They should spray or bomb the grounds at night to prevent the guests from being terrorized by the mosquitoes.

Leaving 1 star is being very generous . Where do I even start . For beginners I just.weapped up my trip here and I was so glad to . The photos and reviews online were so misleading . The rooms very very outdated with uncomfortable beds and poor conditioned bathrooms where the showers leaked everywhere . The food was being and was the exact same every single day with No variety . The hotel was constantly losing power for hours at a time and the WiFi here is a joke . The hotel itself is located in a very unappealing and frankly very rundown area of the island . I am so disappointed with this stay .

It is the first and las time I go to this hotel. Unbelievable general attention, just 3 employees are worth the place: Helodia, Matusalen and Pedro in the bar. I made a big mistake going there

I took my kids there for the birthday. It was the biggest mistake, this place so dirty. There was Cockroach on the floor in our room, the food was horrible. The bartender in the waterpark is so rude. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!
