Great staff
Posted 25 Jan 2024 on HotelsThe staff were amazing. So kind and helpful. The animals on the property were great fun to see. Cats, chickens, etc. The pool looked clean and fun but we never got the chance to use it as we checked in late and left early. The room was a little run down but it was clean enough. The great staff made this hotel!

The pictures were a bit misleading; our room was not as nice as we thought it would be, and the pool was very dirty (green and you couldn't see the bottom; I'm amazed people were swimming in it). If from out of country, don't keep a tab; pay with pesos as you go from the cambio in town or you will get a HORRIBLE exchange rate which definitely left a bad taste in our mouth as we checked out. It is kind of in the middle of nowhere and Taxis needed help getting there; not walking distance to much though there was a store and panaderia within 1km. The grounds were very natural which was nice; there are birds like geese and ducks and chickens in "enclosures" (pretty open). Sounds of nature instead of cars and horns. They have an onsite restaurant which had good pizza; breakfast wasn't bad though standard fare.
