Spacious room with sufficient amenities. Very helpful hotel staff. Abundant continental breakfast. Very recommend!

Short walk to town and food. In house resturant was good. Right by the bus stop to visit falls. Shower head needs replacing and soap despensers were empty. Pump soap dispensers at the sink had to be unscrewed to despense product. Staff was excellent.

Spacious room and very nice staff. Lumpy bed, warm water shower, and no hot water for tea or coffee in the room.

Not a 4 star hotel but okay. Close to nat'l park
Posted 13 Aug 2024 on HotelsHotel looked good from outside. Front desk service was good even though language barrier was there. Restaurant service was also good (for dinner and breakfast, which was not elaborate but okay). I found the hotel to be dated. Rooftop pool was being renovated. View from our room was quite poor. Location is not bad, and is close to the national park. Actually, the sign "Iguazu" is right on the side of this hotel. I won't say the hotel is bad but I did not feel like it was a 4 star hotel. Again, I give credit to the people at front desk, and restaurants. The lady who worked at the restaurant was pleasant and spoke pretty good English.
The hotel has potential to be a 4 star hotel. Not quite there yet but I hope it gets there soon.

A typical overated and overpriced 3 starts hotel
Posted 13 Aug 2024 on HotelsWorkers were fine and gentle. But managers just over rate and over price the hotel for what it offers. Basic conditions and services. Disperfects, heating barelly can keep 21 °c after all night on, shower lacks enought water flow rate, even so, sink barelly shallows enought water. Bad smell, small room. Located on an isolated area, dies not offer shuttle service. Definetelly is not an 4 starts hotel. Only worths is yoy pay less than 45 USD. People that never have traveled abroad South America, and have no comparative criteria, may be thibk is a luxury.

Vista do quarto era uma laje abandonada.
Posted 2 Jul 2024 on HotelsDecepção com o café da manhã , suco era artificial, assim como a granola e cereais cheios de essência artificiais e industrializados de baixo nível.
O hotel é muito grande e oferece apenas com agendamento a sauna por 1 pessoa, deixando muitos hóspedes sem o gosto de aproveitar.
