Absolutely wonderful experience! They were accommodating, helpful, and friendly. Food was delicious and pool was so refreshing after a hot day at the falls. Even let us come back to hang out and freshen up after our flight got delayed. Beautiful and unique hotel. Would 10/10 recommend and hopefully will return!

It says there was free transportation to the airport and that was not true. Also we send some clothes to wash and they Stained the pants with Clorox

This is a really nice hotel but it needs to be updated. The staff is really nice and the food is really good! Great value!
