"We spent 6 nights at this hotel and the power went off at least once a day, usually in the evening/nighttime. This isn't the fault of the hotel, but is something bare in mind, especially as it is very warm there and the air conditioning stopped working. The views from the property were breathtaking and Vinales itself was brilliant in every aspect. "Location is great if you want to be just out side of town. Food is always great I had most my breakfasts and dinner here. The air-conditioning is slightly noisy, apart from that I can't flaw the place. Great mango juice!"

"Yanet was an amazing host who meant it when she said, “Mi casa es su casa.” The room was impeccably clean and we had a sitting room where we could relax, see the human traffic passing by and a table to eat or play games. I wholeheartedly recommend this casa if you truly want a warm, authentic Cuban experience. You won’t be sorry."

"We had a wonderful stay. Lucillo and Nirma were very welcoming, friendly and excellent hosts. They helped us to book excursions and a taxi to Havana which were good value. The room was lovely, clean and modern and the breakfast was substantial and made with fresh ingredients. Thank you for looking after us in your beautiful home."

Wonderful stay and hosts

"Absolutely loved staying at Casa Villa Cary. The hosts were wonderful and treated me kindly even though I spoke virtually no Spanish. Booked my farmland tour, hired a bicycle and organised my collectivo easily. Even had my laundry done. Breakfast was satisfying and seemed to become more plentiful every morning. Was a short walk into town and felt very safe. Would recommend staying here in a heartbeat. "

"This was by far the best place we stayed during our trip! Marilin is so friendly and hard working. She greeted us as soon as we arrived with a big smile and positive energy. The place is so clean and beautifully decorated. I'm pretty sure she's the best cook in the whole country! Stay here and get not only the delicious, fresh breakfast, but get the dinner as well. I wish I had pictures because not only was it incredibly flavorful, but was beautifully presented as well. Another positive note, Marilin was so helpful arranging a horse back riding tour for us last minute when the one we had booked a few weeks earlier didn't arrive. She was on the phone immediately, calling people she knew until she found someone to take us. You absolutely have to stay here! I wish we had spent the whole trip here :)"
