"Stayed for 3 nights the apartment was spotless. We didn’t have any cleaning during our stay . Everything in the apartment looked brand new and was very clean. Bed very comfortable. Some of the outdoor areas around the apartments need cosmetic attention such as painting and chipped stairways but we would stay again as we love puerto pollensa "

"Overall experience was good. The apartment needs a makeover, which they are doing next winter. The breakfast is great, lots to choose from! The location and surrounding area/pool was also great. "We loved our stay it was perfect for us with our toddler and my parents. Just crossed the road to main hotel villaconcha but loved staying in the more quiet montelin studios for privacy and small pool away from everyone else but still using all the main hotel facilities. Was very impressed with the hotel and staff were so friendly. Beach is a 2 to 3 minute walk up the road and minutes to restaurants we will defo return"

"Beautiful property! Room was spacious and very clean. Pool area was amazing, enough chairs and umbrellas for everyone. Front desk staff was very helpful. My only suggestion would be to start breakfast earlier as although the buffet was ready beforehand, they were very strict about the 8am start (in my experience most hotel breakfasts start by 7am), which made it challenging to have time to eat before earlier morning activities or having to leave to drive to the airport.
