Bed very uncomfortable but when asked they provided us with mattress topper. Drinks of choice running out in bar as close to end of season did not restock. Staff helpful trying to organise taxis etc

Staff could not have been more helpful, they were awesome. Breakfast was great to look forward to every morning. The hotel is close enough to walk into town in 10 min and far enough away that it was quiet in the evening, also just 5 min from the beach.

Staff members are lovely, pool/bar area and lobby are nice and clean but rooms are very dated.
Location is good too, 10-15 min walk to the port, 5 min walk to the beach and a lovely promenade, bust stop to Alcúdia, Pollença or Palma round the corner.
I’d say perfect for 55 and families with children

Lovey stay and great staff
Posted 6 Sep 2024 on HotelsLovely hotel, lovely staff and service. We didn't avail of the breakfast or dinners but lunch portions were yummy with plenty of choice and sure to fill you. Only one thing that was a slight inconvenience was that it appeared on Hotels.com that out room would have a kitchenette. Unfortunately, we did not and only had a microwave for "cooking" (that we did not use). We did choose it specifically for the kitchenette since we didn't include breakfast in our booking. Not to worry however, everything else was pleasant and easy, just what you want on your holiday. Also, we cycled to the Old town and at €9 per bike for the rental, we were thrilled.
