I went to have a relaxing time and that's whati got, the staff were friendly, place was clean, guests also cool, no yobs hanging about at this place

Stayed 2 nights and had poor sleep on both, one directly caused by the hotel processing a very early alarm call to the wrong room!
The bathroom is only suitable for small children as the design is so poor that you cannot enter without banging your hands and you have to open and close the door to access the toilet which is very low and positioned so that you have difficulty in avoiding banging your chin on the edge of the vanity unit and banging your hand on the loo roll holder

Great location and super-comfy room
Posted 20 Dec 2022 on HotelsThis was my 5th stay at this hotel and they never fail to impress. The room was spotlessly clean daily, the bed is large and super comfy and the breakfast selection is vast, so something for everyone. I will return again in the future I hope!

This is our favourite hotel in Puerto. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had an early check in and late checkout when we requested them. Clean spacious room and great pool area. Highly recommended!
