This is a really nice property, but for me a pool is very important when I stay at a resort. The pool water was cloudy and not very appealing/inviting. The area around the pool itself was great.

Service was top notch, Wendy especially went over and beyond to help us receive a package even after we left the hotel. The location was perfect for a true tranquil getaway, the food was really good and reasonably priced and the room was spacious with nice balcony. Poolside lounging was perfect after the hike to Las Grietas which was a short 10 minute walk away.

First, the staff is so helpful and kind!
The thing we were less enthusiastic about was that it was very difficult to get basic toiletries like soap, clean towels or shampoo. We had to repeatedly ask.

Palo Santo is Awesome
Posted 24 Apr 2019 on HotelsBecause the ferry's were overbooked we had to spend a night in Santa Cruz. Thankfully Palo Santo had rooms. This is a very neat hotel on the opposite side of the bay. You have to take a sea taxi to get to it. The breakfast was tasty and the room was crisp and clean. We swam and chilled out by the pool prior to our departure - the perfect way to end our Galapagos excursion!
