Needs more storage space and a long mirror. Really liked the trees and landscaping.

This property is very upscale and quiet! You won’t go wrong here. It is central to everything in Puerto Ayora.

The property is beautiful. Close to restaurants, travel agencies, pharmacy, stores. Walking distance to the docks and convenience stores. Service was outstanding, food was amazing, rooms were impecable and staff was so nice and friendly. Will definitely recommend and can’t wait to return soon!

I think this is the best place to stay on Santa Cruz, everyone was excellent and provided great service.

Absolutely lovely hotel within walking distance to Pier 1 and many restaurant, yet very quite. The staff went above and beyond and rooms are very clean and spacious.

Ikala was the perfect hotel for my stay in Puerto Ayora. It’s two blocks from the pier, close to all the tour guide offices, close to all the restaurants and shopping. As a single female, I felt safe and well cared for. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. There’s a great restaurant with a view, pool and bar. The front desk spoke English which I was grateful for since I don’t speak Spanish. I will definitely stay here again as I plan to go back as soon as possible.

I will start with the amazing staff always there to help you, property is safe and in a great location. Rooms are comfortable but internet signal around of property is very little. Breakfast buffet is very tasty and delicious.
