My stay was exceptional, the staff was friendly and helpful at all times. They always made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed during my stay. The location was very convenient as it was close to the port and I was able to walk to the restaurants nearby. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff are super helpful and informative. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms are clean and quite spacious. There is construction right outside the front door but there are walkways around it. They were super thoughtful and prepared a box meal for my dad who went on a day excursion. The meal was generous in both choice and quantity. It’s walking distance to many areas. They gift you two free water bottles and two reusable bags. Honestly this hotel is quite the gem. They recommended great restaurants and tour operators. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone coming to Santa Cruz island.

Wonderful Stay in the Galápagos – Highly Recommend!
We had an amazing stay at this hotel during our trip to the Galápagos. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our visit was perfect. They were not only thorough in their service but also incredibly helpful in offering tips on the best places to visit and things to see. Their local insights made our experience even more memorable.
The breakfast was a highlight—absolutely stellar, with a variety of delicious options to start the day right. We felt truly taken care of throughout our stay.
If you're looking for a place to stay in the Galápagos, I would definitely recommend this hotel. I’d gladly stay here again!

Our stay at Hotel Cucuve was great! The rooms were very nice and beds comfortable. The breakfast was great too - made to order eggs, fruit, bread, cereal, and other food options, plus juice and delicious coffee, The hotel manager and staff were very helpful and attentive, and they helped with logistics and any needs we had! I highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again if we return to Galapagos.

Property is excellent and staff very friendly. Cancellation policy for rescheduling is very inflexible.

A Great Stay
Posted 8 Jun 2024 on HotelsHotel Cucuve was perfect for my 3-night stay on Santa Cruz. The room and bathroom were super spacious and clean and staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The location is also super convenient, just a short walk to many attractions on the island. I highly recommend Hotel Cucuve.
