I didn’t like after traveling for 9 hours I had to be checked in at the 7th floor just to wait another 35 minutes to be checked in. We had a vip room that smelt like mold with clear water damage to it. The shower has the lowest rain head. I’m 5’6 and still had to bend down to get into it, and the pressure was very weak. I wouldn’t stay again at this property again. It’s not worth the price for what is included. I will say the staff is fantastic.

The staff was awesome, not a bad one on the property. Room wasn’t quite what we thought we were getting but overall great experience

Great staff, great service. Lobby bar and preferred pool bar are excellent. Easy and friendly check in, rooms were cleaned and stocked every day. Food choices and night entertainment need improvement. Out of 5. If hrs only 2 nights had decent shows. Wish they had dinner buffet . Also, we were not able to see a doctor in sure when we needed.

I am writing to express my frustration with several aspects of the service and amenities during my recent stay, which was far from the level I expected as a preferred guest. Firstly, when I attempted to rent a car, my experience was disappointing. My friend had rented a car the day before with ease, as the front desk handled everything and had the keys ready within a few hours. However, when I went to the front desk, I was told to download the car rental app and handle everything myself. After being brushed off, it wasn’t until my friend showed up and intervened that the staff finally cooperated. This lack of support was frustrating, especially given the smooth process my friend experienced. In addition, I had a troubling experience with room service. I called the designated number five times to place an order, but my calls went unanswered each time. Only after calling the front desk to request they transfer me was I finally able to place my order. To be ignored repeatedly was incredibly frustrating, particularly as a preferred guest who expects better service. When scheduling hydrotherapy, I was told there was only one available time, and the front desk staff was rude and dismissive, essentially telling me to "take it or leave it." I had to go to the spa in person to secure a more convenient time, which should not have been necessary. Furthermore, I was disappointed by the beachside view at your resort. The photos on your website suggested a beautiful, pristine view, but

We visited in November 2024 and couldnt be happier with our choice to visit Dreams Aventuras. There were not many reviews or videos/pictures I could find from the perspective of a young family of 4, so here’s mine. We are a decently travelled family with a 4 and 7 y.o. Pros - Property - smaller in scale and everything you could want/need (amenities, gym, spa, golf nearby, game room, bars, etc); everything was very well maintained, clean and really well appointed in finishes and decor - Preferred access - recommend to have access to nice/quiet pool and restaurant meals you can’t get with regular hotel fee - Service - can’t echo this one enough!! The staff went above and beyond for us (except housekeeping - but more on that later); and they even helped us celebrate some special occasions. (Anniversary and birthday) A very special thank you to our concierge who helped set up a very very special birthday for my daughter, Olive. THANK YOU!!! Things I didn’t really like… - Housekeeping - we found the hours of service to be very challenging. We often did not have our room cleaned/turned over all day until 4 pm, and on 3 occasions they were not done well into the evening (6-7 pm), one of which we had to call to request service. - Indoor games/bars - I didn’t think this was a huge deal given the type of trip we were on, but there were not many options after 11 pm apart from the disco/club. It would have been nice to have a few TV screens, pool table and bar set up somewhere

Goto putero adventuras 2-3x a year. Best hotel in the "community" will be back again. Guys and gals in the lobby bar/snack area are the best.
