Just barely enough to almost be enough
Posted 25 Mar 2024 on HotelsIf you plan on NOT being in the unit very much, it's fine. The bare minimum of bare minimum. Nothing was bad, just wasn't good either. Honestly felt more like motel than a condo unit.

Gracias por su comentario.El departamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para la estadía de nuestros huéspedes. Son departamentos muy amplios ubicados frente a la laguna y una cuadra del mar. Ofrecemos servicio de limpieza y si bien no hay recepción contamos con personal que está a un mensaje o WhatsApp de distancia para resolver cualquier inquietud. Estamos ubicados en la zona más tranquila de Puerto Aventuras en un condominio de 20 departamentos en total.Lamentamos que nos haya comparado con un motel, realmente no tenemos las características de uno.Es importante que revise antes de reservar como es el lugar ya que a su llegada nos preguntó por el Jacuzzi pero se le comentó que no tenemos y no sabemos realmente de dónde salió esa información.Le agradecemos mucho sus comentarios y estaremos trabajando para mejorar los aspectos necesarios.Saludos cordiales.

They seemed to be in the process of doing some repairs on the outside of the building. It was kinda noisy during the day, but nothing too obnoxious. The worst part of the stay was how uncomfortable the beds were. They also have some pretty strict rules about not being in the common areas after 8pm. I wouldn’t choose this property again.

Nos hubiese gustado que nos dijera durante su estancia que no eran cómodas para Usted las camas y podríamos haber buscando una solución. Tenemos horario de uso de instalaciones como en cualquier hotel o Condominio. Ustedes podían disfrutar de su terraza que estaba justo frente a la alberca hasta el horario que quisiera, la alberca tiene uso hasta las 8 pm. Gracias nuevamente. Un cordial saludo!

The property was suitable for sleeping and luckily that is all we intended to use it for. There were many things "out of order" like the outlet in the bathroom and the holes in the wall where a TV and cables were removed. The windows didn't lock and some other deferred maintenance. The pool always looked clean but we didn't use it. We didn't see anyone else in the pool either. There is no front desk or really a presence of employees at any time other than every other day towel service. All of the activities listed as "on site" really are more "in the town" of Puerto Aventuras and not specifically at or for the hotel. It has potential, but the feel is more like a condo building that has been deserted and new ownership may be trying to turn it into more of a rental opportunity. Not a bad place but not everything that is advertised.

Gracias por sus comentarios. Valoramos su tiempo en hacernos saber sobre su experiencia.El lugar ofrece únicamente hospedaje y servicio de limpieza cada tercer día. No tenemos otro servicio directamente nosotros más que para asesoría de la zona, tours, traslados, etc. No contamos con recepción pero si hay personal en el lugar y contacto para que, ante cualquier duda o solicitud pudieran acercarse con nosotros. El lugar es un condominio de renta vacacional y los departamentos equipados con utensilios básicos de cocina.Estamos trabajando para mejorar algunos aspectos y estamos muy agradecidos que los mencione para nosotros hacer foco en estos puntos. Muchas gracias por habernos visitado y esperamos verlos pronto. Saludos cordiales.
