I would strongly recommend to have a coffee maker in the rooms; hotel doesn’t have restaurants nor small snack/coffee shop; that is a big upset. But overall is ok; good location for tourism

The hotel does have a restaurant Marcella Orquidea Violeta that serves dinner from 5pm to 10pm in the lobby are, for breakfast or coffee we recommend 787 coffee which is right next door to the hotel or cafe tropical which is in the next street in front of the Caribe Hilton hotel

The hotel was beautiful and clean and the staff were all phenomenal! We cannot say enough about their kindness and all the help they provided. Irma gave us so much information and helped us arrange an early check in by translating for us. They allowed us to check in early and were so helpful to make our stay the best. The housekeeping staff and front desk attendant were also fantastic and assisted us in so many ways. (Wish we had asked their names to also list them in this review). There’s also a great coffee shop right next door. We loved our stay here!!!

Had a hard time finding the hotel because the front gate looks nothing like the pictures in google maps. No desk, no chair, and no hot water in the room

Hello Siyao, unfortunately google maps has not been updated for a while for most areas of puerto rico but you can find the updated entrance in the regular pictures on google and the name of the hotel is in clear view. The best hotel, super convenient and close to lots of places like T-Mobile District, la placita and lots of nice restaurants. I’m definitely booking again

Staff was very helpful and went above and beyond. However’ we were there for three days with no hot water. They were supposed to be working on the hot water issue but was not resolved prior to our departure. There is no coffee on site, medication has to be stored in a shared refrigerator, and floors could have been a lot cleaner. Air conditioning works very well but is also very loud and we had three cycling on and off all night outside of our unit.

Room was clean. Towels are very rough. No hot water for 3 day stay.
In case you don’t read there are no refrigerator/nor microwave.

One particular staff was absolutely amazing. She tried everything to help us. However, we had a group of 6 rooms for 3 nights. Most everyone did not have hot water. No coffee pots.
