We did not actually stay at this property because when we arrived, around 6pm, the lobby door was locked and no one was in the office. We sat in our vehicle for some time trying to figure out what to do and my husband got out and took pictures of the front office area to show no activity.There were several people hanging around the parking lot, gathered by cars and loud music playing. We did not feel safe and decided to leave and find other accommodations for the night. We reached out to Expedia to let them know about the property and were told they would get back to us after they spoke with property management. No one from Expedia ever contacted us.

We are sorry for your experience at the hotel. There should have been a sign in the door telling you to go to the main building (Clarion) for check in.We have spoken to security and will be tightening up the issues that you mention as to not have other guests experience that.
