Very unpolite and unprofessional staff. No room service. There's a Keurig coffee pod machine but they only provided one pod per stay. Sadly, the only option in Lomas de Angelópolis.

A pity ! Rooms lack maintenance. Broken closet panes marked with an X. The bed cover ripped. The fridge did not work. No floor mats and hand towels in the bathroom. You didn’t get a sense the room was clean. Several mosquitoes in the room. Just a very bad experience overall.

Everything was great except for the issue the stuff had with our AC. In the first room we’ve been in we didn’t have hot air in the AC then they had to transfer us to another room but it didn’t have cold air option in the AC. Temperature in the rooms was always an issue. Overall it was pretty nice.

I booked Sonata Hotel for my 7 Day Trip from California. I wasn't allowed to check in earlier than 3pm. Not a big deal since they were at least able to hold my luggage until check in time. Hotel View was beautiful from the 6th floor. Issues: Daily Room Service was POOR, the first two nights, they didn't change the bathroom trash can , which was the only trash can for the WHOLE ROOM ! They also NEVER swept the floors, the left trash on the floor every day. I ended up sort of sweeping off obvious trash. Also, on the 2nd Night, My room key wasn't working so I notified front desk. The attendants seemed bothered and accused me of giving them the wrong room number as if it was my fault. Then one of them told me that someone else had checked in that room. I PANICKED!! I ask them to immediately walk me to the room to check on my stuff. They seemed even more bothered and careless and continued to argue that I was probably giving them the wrong room number. Until finally a third lady with wavy hair , sort of short in a ponytail approached and was able to take me to my room and realized that I was giving the the right room. Long story short, it was the person who checked me in who mistakenly put the wrong names in the wrong rooms. When we came back down, i was given a new key and the nice lady was super apologetic. Not like the other two who seemed to HATE their jobs and were EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I wasn't able to get their names but one of them was wearing some flower

Me encanto el lugar , solo que el personal en ocasiones suele ser muy tajante , no se si sea parte de su personalidad pero en ocasiones ni un buenos dias responden :( fuera de ahi las instalaciones perfectas, aun que la limpieza la hacen muy tarde.

Falta de servicio, no hay personal que pueda atender tus necesidades o no quieren hacerlo, la habitacion faltaba limpieza, no tenia agua para la cafetera, no tenia toallas, las pedi y no las subieron, el telefono no funcionaba, la silla que tenia estaba rota pedi cambiarla y no lo hicieron, tuve que tomar una de la salida de elevadores, el tiempo para dar apertura de salida en el estacionamiento fatal, esperar y esperar. Lamentablemente pense era una muy buena opcion por la zona, pero dejo mucho que desear.
