Some lights didn't work in the room. Shower wasn't working properly. Just one small bottle of water for two guest. No hands towels or math towel when you exit from the shower. No blankets on a cold water for the beds. TV is not good quality on the image.

The hotel is well situated and has the advantage of having a parking garage attached to the hotel. However, the hotel is tired and really requires some renovation. Public areas are dark and dreary. Generally I thought it below the general standard I would expect of an NH hotel.

Sofás in lobby very dirty. Bathroom floor stained. Staff was friendly.

Very old and dirty hotel in desperate need of renovation. Our room smelled terrible and was not clean, we got changed to a different room that was a bit cleaner but the shower curtain was torn and stained. Breakfast was ok but food ran out and was not replaced and there was only one person making eggs for dozens of people. The only plus is how nice their staff is, even while working in hard conditions.
