We were happy to stay at this hotel. 2 blocks from the Zocalo, cathedral, etc. The service is excellent. We will stay at this hotel again.

La atención de sus empleados, excelente sobre todo la de el mesero. Muy atentos todos. Excelente ubicación, muy limpio y muy bonito. Las mezcalitas muy buenas.

They know about hospitality and understand that details make the difference.
They take care of the guest and attend to their needs promptly.
They offer free bicycles for guests and a delicious welcome cocktail.
I loved the hotel.

The room was great , clean amd quiet.
The staff was friendly and very accommodating.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I was going to get a similar room
Rate. I specially appreciated that it included the breakfast and it was so close to the historic district.

The property advertised air conditioner rooms. And when we got there, there's only three air conditioning rooms out of about twenty they need to change their description of what they provide
