We would highly recomend this hotel to others. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff were all attentive and kind. The breakfast was good and they had vegetarian options.

Water in sink in bathroom did not work. TV did not work. We were in the cathedral room and the room was beautiful

Very clean and renovated, walkable and central to the zocalo (central plaza). Many restaurants and walkable activities. The room was beautiful and bed was very comfortable.

Excellent spot, customer service was great! They let us check in early due to our early arrival. CLEAN AND CONFORTABLE ROOM. The only thing I disliked was a large beeping sound emitting from smoke detector in the center of the room. It would beep every 2 minutes…..besides that, the location is great and in the center of everything. Would recommend and contemplate staying here again if they fix the loud beeping
