Worst nightmare ever!!! Stay away not kidding
Posted 2 Aug 2017 on HotelsI am not use to write reviews for any particular service. Today I feel the importance to let people know about the services provided by this stablishment. Also, keep in mind that for any negative rating, there an average of 10 people that are not satisfied, but do not post or comment about the services received for multiple reasons. To start, this establishment is runned by a mother and son, to which the mother has not a friendly services. As soon as I got to the hostal I was greeted by the news that they can not honor my reservation because hotels.com gave the wrong quote amount. The son was just talking about how much money he was loosing with my reservation, he also blamed me and the online services for booking the wrong amount of people. I brought my mother and 4 children, and my self for a total of 6 people. I reserved 2 rooms with double beds each, he continued to say that I probably decided to bring more people that I reserved for, what?. I reserved 2 rooms for 6 people and I have proof. He did not want to see it and continued to complain. I was exhausted, I drove for 5 hours to get to this place. It was around 6pm, no way I will find another hotel for the night. He finally agreed to le me stay if I pay the difference of 500.00 pesos and with not breakfast included, go figured. I have the receipts to prove it. I finally, just decided to go for it. Next day the owner approached my mother to let her know she will charge us a few for their "damage" towels. Totally unfair

Posted 26 Apr 2016Hotel close to el zocalo, churches, mercados, museos. Excellent costumer service , the owners make you feel like home and very clean. Was a very nice experience, will comeback anytime. Highly recommend .

Hotel centrico, pequeño y bonito

Pros: Es tranquilo, centrico y tiene muy buen servicio.
Cons: todo bien
Location: Muy cerca del centro de Puebla y lugares de interes
El personal es muy atento y agradable, el desayuno es bueno, las habitaciones limpias y silenciosas. Buen servicio en general.

Un poco incómodo tener que tocar para que abran después de las 9 PM, pero fuera de eso todo bien.

Pros: La ubicacion, la tranquilidad y la atencion.
El hotel es muy tranquilo, limpio y el personal es muy agradable y muy atento.
El desayuno estuvo mucho mejor de lo que esperaba y el estacionamiento esta a media cuadra.

Limpio centrico pero te cobran doble los impuestos
Posted 31 Oct 2016El hotel es limpio y comodo, ademas esta cerca del centro, el desayuno no es bueno ademas de que empiezan a servir hasta las 9, así que si eres mañanero, tienes que desayunar en otro lugar.
Lo terrible es el precio de Expedia ya incluye los impuestos pero si solicitas la factura al hotel te cobran nuevamente el IVA, así que tienes que pagar impuesto sobre impuesto y si no la ocupas de todas maneras ya pagaste impuestos.
Definitivamente no me volveré a quedar en este hotel.

Hermoso y de calidad
Posted 30 Oct 2016Atención personalizada de sus amables propietarios, desayuno inmejorable, de calidad. Instalaciones cómodas, muy limpio, excelente ubicación. Cuenta además con estacionamiento amplio donde uno mismo aparca el auto sin dejar la llave...y el súper plus...pet friendly! Lo recomiendo ampliamente! Mil gracias por su hospitalidad.

No te vas ha arrepentir
Posted 17 Aug 2016 on HotelsEl baño limpio. La atención fabulosa. Tenia mis reservas porque estaba un poquito lejos del centro pero vale la pena porque es tranquilo, limpio y el desayuno delicioso.
