Nice place to get away from people
I loved the property with the beautiful flowers and plants. The room was spacious and the bed was quite comfortable compared to the often hard beds I have encountered in economic hotels in Mexico. It had the basic amenities, which was all I needed. A few fix ups would make it really great - more outlets to charge electronics and improved placement, fixes, or additional small fixture in the bathroom area. The staff was excellent and very helpful.

De principio todo bien, en general el anfitrion muy amable y accesible, lo malo empezo desde la habitacion ya que cuando llegue no habia agua caliente, no le tome mucha importancia y lo reporte. La segunda mala experiencia, terrible diria yo, sucedio a la salida. Sin entrar mucho en detalle hice check out y por acciente deje mi cartera en la habitacion, yo sabia donde la habia dejado pues esa misma mañana solo la deje a un lado para acomodar el resto de cosas. Luego de entregar las llaves la camarista entro a hacer la limpieza, No pasaron ni 3 minutos de haber salido del cuarto cuando recorde la cartera y enseguida regrese pero la cartera ya no estaba, sali del cuarto a revisar mi mochila para ver si estaba ahi y cuando regrese la camariata me diko que buscara bien y o.sorpresa encontre la cartera pero en un lugar muuuuuy distinto y sin sentido sin algo de dinero en ella pero bueno, no reclame y agradeci por tener mi documentos y no perder mi vuelo. Lo ultimo fue que solicite una factura fiscal de mi estancia desde que llegue y hoy casi una semana despues aun no recibo nada, ni si quiera respuesta a los mensaje que eh mandado al anfitrion quien solo ignora mi solicitud.

El hotel no se parece a las fotos. Es un poco descuidado y la habitación que contrate, en la app, era de dos camas king size y realmente eran matrimoniales. Huele mucho a caño y el estado es regular. Una de las camas tenía una sábana rota. El personal es muy amable, de eso si no me quejo.

Excelente atención por parte de los dueños (o por lo menos esa impresión me dieron) y siendo justos con el precio, la propiedad es idónea pero si los muebles algo viejos, la barda perimetral permite ver a otros predios y un detalle en la puerta de baño que supo solucionar muy rápido el encargado. En general un buen lugar para pasar la noche y excelente servicio
