Hotel Casona was centrally located. the staff was helpful. I ws recently remodeled and our rooms were spacious. No windows made use of split air conditioner. Breakfast, which was included was excellent.

What stands out most about our stay at Casona 65 was the customer service. The front desk staff was very gracious and helpful and they were quick to respond to any of our requests. The location is ideal and very close to the Zocalo but was still quiet in our room. The property is very new and they are working hard to offer a wonderful experience. We enjoyed the property and all of the staff there!

Very nice place and has a very attentive staff. Highly recommended. - The included breakfast from the coffee shop was really nice... It would be nice if a vegetarian and/or vegan option was added as well in the options, besides the pb&beet jelly toast. :)

Great hotel in a very picturesque area of Puebla. My only suggestions is that the rooms need a fan or A/C. The staff was very accommodating and they brought us one so kudos for that.

Es relativamente nuevo el hotel, el personal muy servicial, felicidades a todos. En la habitación hay un espacio enorme que podrían poner una silla o sillon , ademas en el baño cada vez que usaba el wc se veía pasar agua en el drenaje de la regadera, y el olor por la noches era fuerte y desagradable.

Nos gustó la accesibilidad a todo. No nos gustó que nos dieron inicialmente una habitación q no era la seleccionada, si bien nos cambiaron a la correcta esperamos 2 horas. NO debería de haber ninguna duda ni mal entendido en las habitaciones q el cliente paga y selecciona mediante fotos. Gracias !

Lo mejor, la ubicación en el centro.
Lo mejor: la actitud de los trabajadores, siempre colaboradores; la ubicación, a 5 minutos a pie de la catedral en el centro; y que es nuevo. Lo peor: en nuestra habitación no había aire acondicionado y hacía mucho calor. Te proporcionan un ventilador portátil pero hace ruido y no es lo mismo....; dejan la música del local de desayuno hasta tarde en la noche y se oye por todo el hotel; la iluminación de las habitación no es muy buena y hay detalles no muy bien acabados.
