Todo esta excelente pero uno busca relajarse y el jacuzzy nunca tuvo agua, lo prendieron y salia agua fria fatal experiencia

Very clean well kept Hotel. All the personnel are very attentive, polite and fully represents excellent service attitude. Great place to stay

Great hotel, bad service.

We love the stay! Beds are great, linens are great, pillows are great. Lots of programs in English on TV. We did like our stay, but few things need to be mentioned for improvement. The service not that great. We called ahead and asked if we check in earlier. They said yes at 1 pm you can check in. We came at 1:30, they said our room is not ready and we need to wait. I asked how long, she told me to just wait). 10 min later we got into the toom. The room had only one robe and shoes. Towels are old and grey in color. The coffee pods provided both decaf. The shower gel wasn't refilled. In the morning at 8 am we left and I asked to clean our room as soon as possible, because we are going to be back at 10. They said yes and called to ask the maid. We came at 10:25, walked into uncleaned room and the maid came in the door with us, asking if we want our room cleaned? Every time we ask something they smile and cheerfully said Yes, Don't worry! But not even once they did what they said they are going to do. Area around hotel horribly smells like sewer on the balconies, patios, outside.
