I enjoyed the property, staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were nicely kept, and very beautiful. Great suggestions from staff as far as food recommendations. Will stay in this hotel next time I’m in Puebla

The staff, with their welcoming smiles and attentive service, ensured that every need was met promptly and with a genuine desire to exceed expectations. Their friendly demeanor added a personal touch that made the stay truly memorable.
Nestled in a great location, the hotel offered convenience without compromising on tranquility. Whether exploring the city or simply enjoying the surroundings, the easy access to key attractions was a definite plus.
As a modern traveler, fast wifi is always a priority, and El Sueño Hotel delivered impeccably. The seamless connectivity allowed for both work and leisure to coexist harmoniously.

Great hotel few blocks from the cathedral, very friendly staff. Good american breakfast included.

The location was excellent for walking in the Zocalo area, the staff were very friendly and the breakfasts were very good. Our room was located downstairs with no outdoor views so it was a bit dark, but overall OK.
