The hotel’s location is perfect to walk around the historic center, and is in a quiet street which is great for those who don’t like too much street noise. Thank you to all the staff who were very friendly and welcome us with a smile.

Modern and Upscale Hotel in the heart of Historic Center of Puebla. Large and spacious Suite with Luxurious amenities and beautiful decor! Friendly and helpful staff was the cherry on top!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the historic district. Spacious, state of the art rooms with complete digital controls including electric toilets.

Very large, beautiful room. Front desk folks were very helpful. Location was great for museums and the cathedral. Surrounding restaurants were excellent and plenty of shopping. The roof top deck was really nice, although the pool was small. The weather wasn't great for me, but a cocktail up there would be super cool. I would definately stay there again!

This hotel is a gem - great location, very beautiful and comfortable rooms, great staff. The rooftop deck and pool are lovely.

Very good hotel located steps away from the Zocalo. Spacious bedroom and bathroom, very clean, with fancy remote to control lighting, TV, A/C and blackout shade.
A few steps to go from the elevator to the bedrooms might be inconvenient to some.
The entrance is not on the street mentioned as the hotel address, so it's a bit confusing at first.
But I would stay again without hesitation in that hotel and recommend it to friends and family.
