Loved everything about this place. It’s very clean and nice. However the staff is not very friendly nor welcoming.

Very nice hotel and staff. The food at the restaurant is not very good. The spa is amaizing!

Perfect location. Clean nice walk able area. I would give 5 stars except I felt the concierge was not helpful. I asked for taxi from airport before arriving and they gave huge inflated price and wanted a bank transfer. Taxis and Uber very easy and cheap there. Also when I wanted to do a tourist Cholula day trip they made it hard and said not available the day we wanted, but they are available all the time in the park nearby at a huge tourist office. Spa facial was nice massage but not for what we paid and asked for. So that it the only reason no 5 stars. otherwise awesome area, very clean great food. I heard breakfast was included in other guests but since we paid through expedia it was not included for us, so keep that in mind if it is important.
