Decent little hotel, needs a little more shine

Straightforward accommodation - no real sparkle, but nothing really negative either. Comfy bed, clean room, nice staff, lovely neighbourhood. Public areas need some maintenance

A very warm welcoming hotel. The manager and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room complete with a balcony was very comfortable and clean. The rooftop cafe and bar a definite gem. Location for all things White Town is superb.

Everything was at par. The hotel met the expectations. It would have exceeded if I hadn't go to their another property every morning for breakfast.

Great location in White Town. Really friendly staff. Good rooftop bar. Clean rooms.

Central location - great for exploring Pondicherry

Great place to stay while visiting Pondicherry. Comfortable rooms with plenty of space to move around and relax after a day exploring the town. Breakfast was decent and service generally good. Interiors a little tired looking - would benefit from a revamp in order to maintain its boutique hotel aesthetics. Easy walking distance to good food, shops, cafes and the cultural centre.

Room we were given was of a lower standard then a cheaper room. Manager was indifferent to our complaint - Cannot do anything about it. Will not be going again
