Worth the money paid. Stayed for 8 nights & 9 days with family. Enjoyed a gd variety of buffet breakfast spread. Staff was very approachable. Laundry was fast & prompt. Very centralised location. Pool was clean.

Overall nice place with all the basic stuff in good order. I found the check in process a bit cold and unwelcoming. One of the lights didn’t work but they were on it quick! They have a nice roof top restaurant with good food and cocktails. Their rooms and breakfast was pretty nice as well. Not too found of the busy location. Overall a good hotel and I would stay here again.

Rooms are big & spacious , breakfast was good, pool was excellent on rooftop, walkable distance to few attractions, overall a pleasant stay .

Had worst Experience for 4 star Hotel
Posted 16 Mar 2020 on HotelsThere was power cut in my room for 30 min and they spilled water in the floor and made me to sit in the dark for 20 min . There was no response when I complaint at the reception. The water was salty to take bath. It’s nice hotel but not 4 star grade

Posted 6 Jan 2020 on HotelsThe staff were so friendly and helpful in accommodating our requests- from tours to questions about local culture. Kavitha even pointed out some local hot spots for us to check out!
The hotel was a little bit of a walk from white town, but we managed it okay. Often ended up eating in the hotels dining room for dinner as we didn’t want to walk far after a day of exploring.

Check in was not great. We were in early and they said check in is at 2pm whereas the directory of services in the room says 12 noon. We agree it's difficult but the same can be done professionally.
Location is good.
