Staying was delightful. Well maintained and grand. Overpriced and food was costly.

not bad for a 2 nights stay but not so good either

The stay was overall good, but for the price offered, the experience could be better in terms of the comfort and the quality of the furniture in the rooms. Another minor issue: the channels on the television are prefixed and incase you request the reception to add that one channel(Sony channel), they bluntly refused to do so. I expected better from a 3.5 star hotel to not overlook these minute but important details

The decor in the lobby and inside of the hotel was really beautiful and artistic. The food was not good at all, and they run out of items during breakfast, so it was more of a first come first served.

Reception personnel were not fluent in customer service. Gave us a double bed room while our reservation is for 1 king size bed. Suggest for us to join the beds to make as one bed which was not acceptable. After complaining, then change the room. Air con filters are not well maintained and the bathroom fixtures are old. Water seepage out from the shower cubicle to the bathroom as door is old. Restaurant staff however are very friendly and nice. Very hardworking especially the chef checking that customers are properly served. Housekeeping staff were very efficient too.
