Check in staff was most unfriendly. Required a 50 ringgit deposit in cash and if you don’t have cash, won’t be able to check in. Most unusual for any decent hotel
Very noisy all through the night which also made it hard to sleep
Won’t come back here again

The staff and service are excellent. We got a smaller room with a kid and they upgraded it to a bigger family room. Recommended!

My only concern is that there is no locking bolt from inside the room. Anyone with a key card can enter my room from outside. There is no secondary lock, unlike all the other hotel rooms I’ve been to. Pls do something about this. Thank you

The stay was a pleasant one. However, we received an email on 7-3-2020 that we were not checked-in on both dates. Please rectify the error.
