I liked everything the only issue at times was the lack of English speaking staff. You must remember that you are in China. I have stayed at this hotel many times and the number of English speaking staff is improving.

Amazing, but...

It is amazing hotel. Everything is just amazing. Very Spacious Room, Comfort and Clean Bed, Nice Airconditioner, Tasty Breakfast, Even motorized curtain and screen. Only two things I feel sorry are water pressure is weak for shower. and Shower booth is too small. Bathroom is big, so they have a nice bath tub, but shower booth is very small. :)

Staff is not so helpful. Need to inprove the service, like help customers carry luggage ans so on.

BE AWARE!!!. We set up the shuttle pick up but they never showed up!!! The main reason I booked this hotel is because for the shuttle service. VERY disappointed.

Room had been a smoking room. Smelled it all night. No wifi. No where near the airport which is what Expedia has said.
