This place smells like grandma cooking rotten rats and it smells wet, almost likely it is moldy, the walls are falling apart. The carpet is so dirty and ugly and very old. A very rundown hotel. But cheap. I liked that it was just cheap but I won’t be booking this hotel again.

Unfortunately it is situated in the middle of nowhere and extremely hard to get to anywhere .

I liked that everyone was kind, although almost nobody speaks English they made the effort to make me feel welcomed and understand me, the only thing I did not like is that the wifi is really slow but besides that everything was awesome, the breakfast is really tasty! 🤗

Location close to the Shanghai Pudong airport. Very helpful staff. Offers free shuttle to/from airport (I did not have a chance to use it though)

Very remote area, no restaurants around, not a convenient place to stay

The hotel is manned 24 hours a day, we will be the first time to help you solve the problem, the hotel provides free airport and Disney shuttle bus. The hotel entrance and nearby can take 615,991, Pudong No. 24 bus to the nearest subway station, shopping center and city center. You can also ask the front desk to book a taxi for you, which is about 15 minutes from the airport. We have been paying close attention to the guests' feelings during their stay, trying to make every guest feel the homecoming. Unfortunately, it is not a five-point favorable comment. Said there was a free shuttle as soon as you text them they will be there within 30 minutes. We waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for the shuttle. Our room was disgustingly dirty, the shop next door didn’t take card and no one wanted to help us. The cleanliness of our room really put us off eating or doing much as it was so dirty.

The free airport shuttle is the main reason I picked this hotel. However it took a while for the bus to come. On the way back to the airport the next morning the shuttle bus was so crowded so I ended standing by the door for the entire 10 min ride. Good thing was that they dropped me off at the subway station. Since I was going to the city, no need to go back to the airport. The breakfast was good, especially the stirred fried vegetables.
