Posted 29 Jul 2024 on HotelsHotels.com description is inaccurate. Regular Hotel and restaurant staff do not speak ANY English. Website stated premium room imcludes jetted tubs. However its a regular bathtub no jets. Hotel description page had picture of Currency exchange services and atm on site. However there is no currency exchange services or an atm on site. I cancelled my reservation and still waiting for refund.

Posted 7 Dec 2023 on HotelsGood modern hotel, very quiet and clean room. Althought the hotel is about 12km from Shanghai Pudong airport (PVG), but the free shuttle service made a very convenice for us. The to go breakfast was not good.

It takes about 15 minutes to get to Pudong Airport. You can take subway Line 2, plane, bus, airport bus, the hotel is adjacent to Xinfu Hui Life Plaza, walk about 8 minutes, there are convenience stores, Starbucks, Burger King, restaurant, barbecue, snack and so on, we will as always with a cordial smile to welcome you again.
